You will be asked to sign the following Agreement/Release before your Session:

I hereby agree to allow Caryl Dennis d/b/a Rainbows Unlimited and Afterlife Communication Study to ANONYMOUSLY use any information gained from my participation in the Afterlife Communication Study Session only (Psychic Reading revelations not included) in any way she deems appropriate including, but not limited to a blog, E-book, book, email, newsletter, lectures, recording or web page.
I understand no specific results are guaranteed, as this is an exploratory/experimental research Study. I understand that my initial session will be recorded and I will receive a copy of such recording.
I expect no remuneration for my participation in the Study, other than a digital recording of my initial session and a copy of the final E-book (electronic version only) should such an E-book be published. I understand it is my responsibility to provide Ms. Dennis with a current email address for such purpose.
